About Our Founder
I am Neha Dalal, a psychologist, counsellor, educator, and researcher with over two decades of experience in mental health, education, and counselling psychology.
Trained in Clinical Psychology at the University of Mumbai and qualified UGC-NET, my work spans roles as a school and college counsellor, Assistant Professor of Psychology, trainer of counsellors, private practitioner, and researcher.
Over the years, I have observed a recurring pattern in my clinical work — many adults seeking therapy carry emotional wounds rooted not only in trauma, but in early schooling experiences marked by pressure, comparison, and a gradual loss of self-worth. This realization reshaped my understanding of where mental health truly begins.
As a parent, this question became deeply personal. When my own child experienced a Waldorf-inspired educational environment, I witnessed the growth of emotional security, confidence, curiosity, and resilience. Simultaneously, my study of Indian Knowledge Systems revealed how the traditional gurukul model nurtured the inner self alongside intellectual development.
This centre was born at the intersection of these insights. While the preschool reflects this integrated philosophy, the counselling centre supports children already navigating conventional systems who may need emotional guidance, and the activity centre offers enriching experiences that strengthen cognitive abilities while nourishing the inner world.
Together, they form a holistic ecosystem — where mental health is nurtured early, supported continuously, and allowed to flourish naturally.
